Why Your Support is Crucial
Our building was originally constructed in 1988 for RT Industries and our sheltered workshop. In 2019, we transitioned away from the sheltered workshop model and shifted our focus to employment within the community, prioritizing opportunities that foster independence and integration.
As our programs and waitlist grow, the needs of our participants evolve. RT Industries empowers adults with disabilities through a broad range of services, including career planning, supported employment, non-medical transportation, adult day services, job-site training, and more.
