Our first preference is for you to hire our consumer, as a
full and contributing employee at your place of business. Once your needs are
understood, our job is to find a person we serve who matches your vocational
needs. We provide on site personnel to help our consumer/your employee perform
to your satisfaction. Workplace performance is critical so this support is
available anytime
it is needed.
RT can also place people in your place of business, as a
contract employee. This means the person remains an employee of RT, performing
the duties you subscribe. Again, these individuals have the support from staff
as noted above, anytime it is needed.
Should your business needs dictate that a larger group of
employees come to your facility, RT will send a supervisor
each day the group arrives by van,
for the duration of the contract. Our term for this arrangement is an “enclave”.
Finally, we have approximately 125 employees that come to
our production facility on a daily basis. If this model fits your outsourcing
needs, your work can be picked up, completed with 100% quality control and
delivered back to you as specified. For long term contracts, RT will consider
purchasing materials and/or equipment.
