RT Industries is the non profit corporation component of the Miami County Board of MR/DD. RT provides real, paid work experiences for adults in Miami County with developmental disabiltities. These work experiences can be training in nature or they can lead to full time, productive employment.

Our relationship with the Miami County Board of MR/DD allows us to guarantee that every opportunity is taken advantage of to provide training and supervision to make sure the job is accomplished the correct way. RT has been in this business since 1973 and has worked with companies and agencies in every portion of the county.
